These terms cover your use of SchoolEasy, whether you use it for a school, as a member of staff, as a student, or as a parent.

  1. 1. Accounts

    Schools create accounts for their staff, students, and parents. Keep your sign-in details to yourself, and tell your school if you think someone else has used your account.

  2. 2. Acceptable use

    • Use SchoolEasy only for your school’s legitimate work.
    • Don’t try to reach data your role doesn’t allow, or data from another school.
    • Don’t upload unlawful content or anything you don’t have the right to share.

  3. 3. School data

    Schools own the records they put into SchoolEasy. We process them to provide the service, as described in our privacy policy.

  4. 4. Fees and payments

    Schools pay SchoolEasy under the plan they choose. Parents who pay school fees online pay through Paystack, and Paystack’s own terms apply to those payments.

  5. 5. Availability and changes

    We work to keep SchoolEasy available and may update features over time. We’ll tell schools about changes that affect how they use the service.
