School management software in Nigeria
School management software built for Nigerian schools
SchoolEasy runs a school’s admissions, teaching, results, fees, and parent communication in one system. It’s built around how Nigerian private schools already work: three terms in a session, continuous assessment and exam scores, the WAEC grading scale, fees in naira, and parents who read a text message long before they open an email.
Owners see the whole school on one dashboard, teachers stop re-typing the same scores into three spreadsheets, and parents stop queuing at the bursary.

Set up around your sessions and terms
Create the 2026/2027 session, its First, Second, and Third Terms, and the date next term begins. Arrange classes from Nursery and Primary through JSS1 to JSS3 and SS1 to SS3, with arms such as JSS 2 Gold. Each section can keep its own grading scheme, so primary can grade A to F while secondary uses A1 to F9.
- Sessions, terms, and next-term dates
- Nursery, Primary, JSS, and SS sections with class arms
- A grading scheme per section
One record for every student, from admission to graduation
Admit students with their admission numbers, place them in a class arm, and link each one to their parents. Records follow the student from class to class, and stay on file after they graduate or withdraw. Bring existing records across from a spreadsheet with a CSV import.
- Admissions and class placement
- Parents linked to each child
- CSV import from your current spreadsheet

Teaching, results, and fees in the same place
Teachers write weekly lesson notes, set CBT tests, and enter CA and exam scores. SchoolEasy turns those scores into graded report cards with class positions, and the bursar issues fee invoices that parents pay online through Paystack. Nothing has to be copied from one system to another.
- Lesson notes and CBT tests
- Report cards with grades and positions
- Fee invoices, Paystack payments, and receipts
Each role sees only what it should
Owners, admins, teachers, students, and parents sign in to the same SchoolEasy, but each sees only what their role allows. A class teacher sees their own classes, a parent sees their own children, and every school’s records stay separate from every other school’s.
- Role-based access for staff
- Parents see only their own children
- Each school’s data kept apart

Questions
Common questions
Does SchoolEasy work for nursery and primary schools as well as secondary?
Yes. You set up Nursery, Primary, Junior Secondary, and Senior Secondary sections, each with its own classes, assessment components, and grading scheme. A school that runs from crèche to SS3 manages it all in one account.
Do we need to install anything?
No. SchoolEasy runs in a web browser on a computer, tablet, or phone, so staff can use the school’s computers or their own devices. The parent app for Android and iPhone is coming to the app stores.
Can you move our records from Excel or our old software?
Yes. Students come in through a CSV import, and our team can import your school’s data for you as part of setting up, so you start with your real classes, subjects, and students.
How much does it cost?
SchoolEasy is priced per active student, per term, in naira. Staff and parent accounts cost nothing extra. The pricing page lists each plan.
What if our internet connection is slow?
SchoolEasy’s screens are kept light because mobile data is expensive in Nigeria. It needs a connection, but it works on an ordinary mobile data plan.
